The living area is 50 m², and the terrace measures 12 m².

The house is rented without a bed or sofa, but we can leave them for free (purchased brand new last year). The neighbors are lovely, and the house is pet-friendly.

Very quiet and green area. A few minutes’ walk from bus stops (lines 43, 46, 80, 82). You can reach the city center in 15 minutes by public transportation and the nearest train station in 5 minutes.

A few minutes’ walk to Migros, Coop, UBS, etc.
